Drop Biscuits

I'll be using this recipe on Thursday- Breakfast for Dinner night--perfect for biscuits and gravy.

1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons softened butter
1/4 cup milk, use more if needed

Preheat oven to 450. Measure flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add butter to bowl and rub butter into flour with your fingers or a fork. Add milk to make a thick batter, stirring only until dough sticks together. Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7-8 minutes.
