I was so meant to be the mom of boys

My brain explodes just thinking about this. Barbie turns 50, goes through a middle aged crisis, decides she needs a tat, and bingo....Barbie has a tramp stamp. I thought the Bratz dolls were too much. I mourn the lack of pink in this house from time to time, but moments like this make me sigh in relief. Not that I have any issues with tattoos. I just don't want my 5 year old thinking about where she wants one.

Uh, yeah...that is NOT okay! I forbid Bratz or anything Bratz related in my home. I like for my daughter to be a-okay with wearing clothing, not thinking she needs to be seen with only bits and pieces.

Is the tat in the first picture the actual tat on the Barbie? Say it isn't so. And I'm with you--I'm not against tattoos--I just don't want my daughter picking hers out at 7. :)

I'm with you Phoebe, Bratz are not allowed in my home.

This crosses so many lines I don't know where to start. Ugh! I'm so disgusted. I'm angry! Livid!

Personal experience does not allow be to rationalize this being ok.

If they HAD to give Barbie a tattoo, why did they have to make it Ken's name? That is wrong on so many levels.

Everyone knows that Ken's a loser, I don't know what Barbie sees in him.

It's bad enough that Barbie has boobs bigger than any normal human, but now a tattoo. As for my daughter, my rule is: when you pay your on bills, you can pay for your own tattoo.

did you know, that if Barbie's measurements were applied in real life to a person in the same ratios, that person would be so top heavy she couldn't stand up? She'd also have a waist smaller than my 3yo.

Really?! I didn't realize that. How crazy!
