Meal Plan Week of 5-11

Mmmmm...these temperatures are great! We are really starting the transition of less oven use, and more grill, microwave, stovetop use to keep the house from getting too warm. The easy theme continues here, as I am still working some pretty long hours at work. Hope that will calm down soon. This week's menu uses pre-cooked chicken that I have in the freezer for a couple of meals, and also premade burger patties and twice-baked potatoes.
