I have to admit I haven't been thrilled with Bakers the past few weeks. The meat is higher there, and so is produce. If you coupon you can grab some decent prices on processed stuff, but I prefer to get more whole foods and that has been slim pickin's. That being said, here's a healthy, easy meal that comes in at under $5.00 without fruit, and just over with.
Your shopping list:
2lbs Kroger Chicken Thighs @ .95/lb= $1.90
1 Green Giant Box Niblets Corn in Butter Sauce- $1.00
1 10lb. bag of Kroger Russet Potatoes= $2.99 (using about 3lbs. potatoes= .90)
1 16oz. Roberts Light Sour Cream= $1.00

Total for Meal is $3.80
Add 1 pound of red seedless grapes @ $1.77/lb for a total of $5.55 !
