This is what happens when I start playing around in the kitchen. This got RAVE reviews from the family, and the boys DEVOURED their chicken. I used drumsticks, but hubby and I decided this would also be AMAZING with boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut into nuggets.
Preheat oven to 375.
beat 1 egg thoroughly. Stir in 2T milk and 2T melted butter
In large ziploc, place 1 1/2 cups cheezits. Crush well. Add 1 packet ranch dressing mix.
melt 2T additional butter
This works for about 6-8 chicken drumsticks- dip chicken in egg mix, coat well, then transfer to cheezit mix. Place drummies on cookie sheet, drizzle with remaining butter, then place in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
I give this one 4.5 OH MANS!!!!! If you want additional zip, add 2-3T hot sauce to the egg mixture.
