I was really happy with Hy-Vee sale prices this week. I will post my shopping trip from yesterday a little later this morning. With the weather turning warmer, here's a meal for the grill.
Your shopping list:
Dole Salad Blend (on sale 2/$4)= $2 (use half)= $1
Can of Hy-Vee Mandarin Oranges= .67
1 1/2 lbs. assorted pork chops= $2.98
baby carrots= $1.88 (use 1/2)= .94
Your Menu:
Lemonade Pork Chops
Steamed carrots
Salad with Oranges and Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
Total of meal: $5.59
