Grilled Chicken Breasts with Blueberry Barbecue

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1T olive oil


1 pint fresh blueberries
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2T honey
3T ketchup
1T liquid smoke
1/2t garlic powder

Place all sauce ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil on the stove top. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Sauce will thicken.

Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium high. Brush chicken will olive oil and grill about 8 minutes per side until cooked. Baste chicken with sauce in last few minutes of grilling. Serve additional sauce on the side.
