Menu Plan Week of April 13th

A relatively simple week. And economical, too! 7 dinners for 4, clocks in at right around $25.


4/13 Monday

(mozzarella, pizza sauce, spinach, and canadian bacon (pepperoni would rock-6yo doesn't like it though) in flour tortillas-we have a quesadilla maker, but you could also brown the quesadillas in a pan or oven)
