Today it's almost 60 degrees outside, sunny and gorgeous. So it's hard to believe that by tomorrow night it could be snowing like crazy in April. (sigh) Yep....one last snowy hurrah for winter. They're forecasting anywhere from 2-9 inches of snow at this point, depending on who you listen to. So hubby and I are already planning a nice roaring fire, and we will toast with these as a goodbye to winter!
Snowplow
8 oz. Hot chocolate
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1 oz. Malibu Rum
.5 oz. creme de cacao
1 dash cinnamon
whipped cream
Mix hot chocolate to taste, add alcohol, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
