Grilled Garlic Chicken

A great, easy marinade for your grilled chicken. This is best if you can marinade for the day. You can also marinade, then freeze the chicken for grilling at a later time.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/3 cup olive oil
3 T white wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
1 t italian seasoning ( I use Penzeys Tuscan Sunset)
rind of 1 lemon ( I use Penzey's dehydrated rind-nice cheat!)

Whisk all marinade ingredients in bowl. Place chicken in gallon ziploc bag, or in a plastic container with lid. Add marinade, toss to coat, seal, and place in refrigerator for up to 24 hrs. before grilling.
