The first weekend to get fresh local produce in the Old Market is tomorrow! Lettuce, asparagus, spinach, herbs, rhubarb and strawberries look to be the early stars. I am so jealous. The "farmers market" here consists of one guy selling high priced produce and a bunch of other people selling cookies and dog biscuits.
what a bummer! We have some smaller markets around town but this one is pretty darn good.
