Here's what's planned for this week. Monday's dinner is almost already finished, as I did the beef and the sauce on Saturday. Tuesday is Tiger Cubs, so we needed something easy, and the soup is in the freezer ready to go. I have meat and beans already waiting in the freezer for chili night as well.
